Pima Elementary School is proud to announce a generous $25,000 donation to support the construction of a new shade structure over the kindergarten playground. The donation was formally presented by Sean Wenham on behalf of the Graham County Community Investment Fund. This investment will fund the installation of a permanent shade structure designed to protect students from the Arizona sun while they play, learn, and build important social skills outdoors.
With high temperatures throughout much of the school year, the addition of shaded space will significantly expand safe outdoor access for kindergarten students and support healthy outdoor play as part of their daily learning experience.
Pima Elementary extends sincere appreciation to Sean Wenham and the Graham County Community Investment Fund for their partnership and commitment to supporting student well-being and community growth.
